About the warranty period and return policy of drones

How to return or exchange
1. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the return address if you need to return the items received.
2. If your return request for the damaged/ wrong items is accepted, we will send you the return label. After sending the package out, please kindly inform us of the return tracking number.
3. If your return request for personal reasons is accepted, we will give you the instructions on how and where to send the package. And the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. After sending the package out, please kindly inform us of the tracking number.
4. After receiving the package, we will check the goods and information. Once the check is passed, the refund will be automatically issued through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.
